We want you to be completely satisfied with your Astrocular Reading. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

In short: We offer a full refund within 48 hours if your Reading was not delivered. If your Reading was delivered, we offer a refund at our discretion if you are not satisfied with the quality.

1. Digital Product Nature

Astrocular Readings are personalized digital products created specifically for you upon purchase. Because each Reading is uniquely generated using your personal birth data, we generally cannot offer refunds once the Reading has been delivered to your email.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

• Your Reading was not delivered within 24 hours of submitting your birth details.
• You were charged multiple times for the same order.
• A technical error prevented the generation of your Reading.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are genuinely unsatisfied with the quality of your Reading, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@astrocular.com. We review each case individually and may offer a refund or a complimentary re-reading at our discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• You provided incorrect birth information and received a Reading based on that information.
• You changed your mind after your Reading was delivered.
• You disagree with the spiritual interpretation (all Readings are for entertainment purposes).
• More than 48 hours have passed since your Reading was delivered.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at hello@astrocular.com with your order number and a brief explanation. We will respond within 24–48 hours.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
